It was such a treat to have my friend and Teacher, John Evans on #Neurodiversity Radio last night! John is a very important influence in my Life and I want to elaborate on that.
I am a “Know Thyself” Initiate with the #Modern Mystery School. This is my second Initiation-the first being “Empower Thyself”. I met John several years ago when I studied #Universal Kabbalah through MMS for a year with a group in Atlanta Georgia. He gave me my second Initiation as part of a group and we have worked together ever since. He has taught me some very very important lessons about being real!
I am a grateful ALANON and the study of Kabbalah put my ALANON program on steroids and here’s why: I was forced to really look at my Life and what I had created up to that point. I was taught through ALANON, The Modern Mystery School and had it in my face when studying Kabbalah that I am 100% responsible for every aspect of my Life because I created it! I did! Every situation I find myself in, I have created. All of it-the good, the bad and the ugly, I have created it all-either consciously or unconsciously. The study of Universal Kabbalah is an intensely Spiritual and real experience. It is an experiential experience!
The other leg of this Truth is that Spirituality without Practical Application is completely Meaningless! Yes, I said it! All that money we spend looking outside our Selves for the Answers from the Great Teachers is total nonsense if we are unwilling and unable to come back down from the Mountain with the Tablets and actually apply that knowledge in a day–to-day existence! We want to hide in all the warm and fuzzy “woo woo”, enraptured by the Light and Love of God and stay there. Why Not? It feels so good compared to what we grew up in or what our Life is like, right? Reality can totally suck sometimes!
I know this is not a very sexy idea for those of us who hate “the box” and just Love to be all UP in the Universe with the Light Beings. I am a recovering Space Cadet-ask any one of my friends and they will tell you!
What makes me really good at my job as a Coach is that I am Living in the Real World, applying Other-worldly Principles, and teaching others how to do the same.
So let’s take a moment about, and review what Niche Construction as it applies to Neurodiversity is. According to Thomas Armstrong PhD:
- Success in Life Also Depends on Modifying Your Surrounding Environment to Fit the Needs of Your Unique Brain (Niche Construction).
- Niche Construction Includes Career and Lifestyle Choices, Assistive Technologies, Human Resources, and Other Life-Enhancing Strategies Tailored to the Specific Needs of a Neurodiverse Individual.
- Positive Niche Construction Directly Modifies the Brain, Which in Turn Enhances its Ability to Adapt to the Environment.
Okay, so as your Neurodiversity Coach, my job is to show you how to apply these principles in a practical way to help you create a better Life for your Self-to help you create your positive niche in a way that makes sense to you, and has a positive effect in the world
My job is to help you get grounded, get real, get over your negative ego attachments, stop blaming other people, places and things-yes all the nouns-and get on with really Living!
Our work together is about getting you grounded and in alignment with your Highest Truth and acting upon that in sensible ways- Draw Down The Woo Woo!
I am all about the “WOO WOO“-trust me, I am! As an MMS Initiate I am committed to a path of Service and I access to lots of “WOO WOO“. I have Rituals and prayers that I say and do every day-every single day-no matter what. I connect with God, Jesus and the Hierarchy of Light, but not to go swimming Up There!
I Call Upon Them to Come Down for the Benefit of what is going on here and now! Whether your “WOO WOO” is Science, The Higher Mind, the Universe, The Buddha, Jesus, Allah, Ganesh, or some Deity named Bob, it’s time for you to take what you have learned and apply it to the here and now to make your Life better than you can imagine!
