I saw the most amazing TED talk that #Jane Fonda did about aging. I have to say she is someone I really respect. She stated that older women make up most of the world’s population now. I am a wee pup of 48 myself and I don’t know about you, but I am a much happier woman than I was in my 20′s!
Ms. Fonda also talked about the useful process of going back, forgiving the past and re-framing what happened to and with you so that you can create a third act that is more Authentic, more Fulfilling, and just plain More!
I am passionate about #Positive Niche Construction for so many reasons! Many, many women of my age and older grew up in circumstances that did not in any way support or nurture our sense of personal power and freedom at all! These were different times. My mother fought and lost a battle to cancer for the length of my entire childhood! I had no childhood! I am also not the only woman who didn’t! So many of us were thrust into caretaking positions as a means of surviving family drama-driven by fear, addiction, disease or what have you.
It is such a ripe time for we women now to reclaim our personal power as Creator Goddesses and begin-if we haven’t already-reframing our past, forgiving ourselves and the other players in the drama, and positively creating our niche in the world!
Ladies-Goddesses-we have real, authentic work to do! Look at how things have gone down over the past 300 years! Yes, our gender has survived all manner of torture and ridicule and disrespect, as has our Mother Earth. This is Our Time, now! We have a choice, and more power than ever before to set things back in balance!
How in the world do we do this? By claiming our place at the Table of the Goddess! By healing the past and letting it all go! We must be willing to roll up our sleeves, get grounded, real, down-and-dirty, and stop accepting anything from ourselves and others that isn’t in Alignment with our Collective Highest Good! We must be willing to stop buying into the need to crap on other women, ourselves and each other! We must stand up to the things we know do not serve our children and also Model for our children what a Goddess really is!
We accomplish all of this by simply being willing to be nothing less than our True and Authentic Selves! We have pimples, body fat, self-esteem issues, wrinkles, and we are not all 90 lbs! We are Women! We have curves, and breasts of all sizes! We come in different colours and shapes and kinds and we are not men! We are Goddesses!
#Positive Niche Construction in what Jane Fonda calls “the third act” can be a revelation of epic proportions and some of the best work we will ever do if we create it that way!
I didn’t come into my own, come in Alignment with my Core Contract until now. #Neurodiversity is my Core Contract-it is my Passion, my Mission, and my Road! And, I am 48 years old! I have spent the time from when my mother died when I was 19 years old until this year, gathering, collecting, learning, growing, healing and forgiving. I have never been more ready in my Life for this work!
So my question to you, Ladies, Goddesses, is this: What are you creating? What is your Positive Niche? What is the foundation you have laid for your third act? What are you doing to support your Life as a Creator Goddess? What are you willing to forgive within yourself and others in order to move forward with Truth, Power and Real Beauty?
